About

A short story about the kitchen and the people who cook here.

How we started

Your Restaurant started with a small kitchen and a short menu. The idea was simple: cook food people want to eat on an ordinary weekday, and charge a fair price for it.

We buy from nearby suppliers when we can, and we change a dish when it is not at its best.

What we care about

Fair prices

A good lunch should not cost a day's wages. We keep the menu short so we can keep prices low.

Fresh food

We cook in small batches and make most things from scratch.
