I build websites for local businesses and small shops.

Start from a template for $70 to $100, or have a site built around your business from $150. You get a price and a delivery date before I begin.

Custom builds

Designed around your business, with the pages and features it needs. Prices start at $150. The days start counting once I have your text, photos and the first payment. If your project needs more than a package says, I tell you the new price before I do any extra work. On a smaller budget? Template builds cost $70 to $100.

What you get

  • One page that works well on phones and computers
  • Call and message buttons, your hours, address and a map link
  • Page title and description set for search engines
  • One round of changes after the preview
  • All the files handed over to you

How the days go

  1. Day 1We agree the text, the photos and what the page should get people to do.
  2. Days 2 and 3I design and build the page.
  3. Day 4You get a preview link and send your changes.
  4. Day 5I make the changes, test on a phone and a computer, and launch.

How the days go

  1. Days 1 and 2We list the pages and collect your text and photos.
  2. Days 3 to 6I build the home page first, then the other pages.
  3. Day 7You get a preview link for the whole site.
  4. Days 8 and 9Two rounds of changes.
  5. Day 10Final testing and launch.
Ask about the small business site

What you get

  • A real test order before launch
  • Two rounds of changes after the preview

Payments go straight to your own payment account, such as Stripe, PayPal or a local provider, and never through me. You create the payment links in your account and I add them to the site. A shopping cart for several items in one order is quoted separately.

How the days go

  1. Days 1 to 4We collect your product list, photos and prices, and you set up the payment account you will use.
  2. Days 5 to 12I build the shop page, the product pages and the info pages.
  3. Days 13 and 14You get a preview link and send your first round of changes.
  4. Days 15 and 16Second round of changes, then you place a test order through your payment account.
  5. Days 17 to 20Launch. Payment accounts can take extra days to be approved, which can move this date.

Template builds

A faster, cheaper way in. I fill one of my templates with your name, text, colours, logo and photos. The layout stays as it is in the template, so open it first and check you like it.

What you get

  • Your business name, text, logo and photos in the template
  • Call and message buttons with your number
  • Your services and starting prices
  • Opening hours, address and a map link
  • One round of changes after the preview
  • All the files handed over to you

The layout and the order of the sections stay as they are in the template.

How the days go

  1. Day 1You send your text, logo, photos and list of services.
  2. Day 2I fill in the template and send you a preview link.
  3. Day 3I make your changes and launch.
Ask about the local service page
Open the template

What you get

  • Your menu, prices, hours and address across all four pages
  • Your colours and logo
  • A call or WhatsApp button for bookings, with no booking system
  • Your photos in place of the sample pictures
  • One round of changes after the preview
  • All the files handed over to you

The layout stays as it is in the template. Extra pages or a different layout make it a custom build.

How the days go

  1. Day 1You send your menu, hours, address and photos.
  2. Days 2 and 3I fill in the four pages.
  3. Day 4You get a preview link and send your changes.
  4. Day 5I make the changes and launch.

Add-ons

Extras for any build. Pick one to see the price and the extra time.

How a project runs

  1. Tell me what the business does, where it is and when you would like to be live.

  2. You get the build, any add-ons, the total and the delivery date in writing.

  3. The invoice comes through Payoneer to your email address. You open the link in it and pay online. Half is due before I start and half before the site goes live.

  4. I send a link you can open on your phone and your computer. You tell me what to change.

  5. The site goes live. You get all the files and a short note on how to make small edits.

What I need from you

  • Your business name and logo, if you have one
  • The text you want on the site, or notes I can write it from
  • Photos you own or have permission to use
  • Opening hours, address, phone number and email
  • Your prices, if you want them shown

Questions

A template build uses a layout I have already made, so it costs $70 to $100 and takes 3 to 5 working days. A custom build is designed around your business, with the pages and features you need, and starts at $150.

You do. When the final payment is made I hand over every file, and you can move the site to any host you like.

No. I put it on a host in your name, so the account and the bill belong to you. Simple sites like these can often run on free hosting. A domain name usually costs $10 to $20 a year and you buy it from a registrar you choose.

Send me the email address to invoice. I send an invoice through Payoneer, you open the link in it and pay online.

Small edits are covered by the 30-day add-on. For anything bigger, send me a message and I quote it before I start.

Maybe. Send me a message that explains what you need. If I am not the right person for it, I will say so.

By email, usually within one working day.

Tell me about your business.

Say what you sell or do, where you are, and the date you would like to be live. I reply with a price and a delivery date.
